Now is the time to buy in the greater Middletown Connecticut area.  According to recent data, the median sales price for Middletown homes was $198,450 from May to July 2010; this is down 3.7 percent from median home sales prices last year during the same period of time.  The Average home listing price was $250,573 for the week ending August 11th, which is .1 percent lower than the previous recorded week.  This combined with great mortgage rates, makes it a fabulous time to buy a new home in the Middletown CT area.
