Central CT Home Market Update
The CT senator, Chris Dodd, toured three Central CT cities on Monday to analyze the current state of Central CT homes and listened to Central CT homeowners.
He reported to housing advocates on Monday “that he sees “some glimmer of hope that we may be bottoming out” in the residential mortgage crisis in the country.”
Chris Dodd also promised that stimulus money was on the way. Around $25 million in housing funds will be directed to CT, with $3.2 million of those funds funnelling into New Haven.
