Central CT First Time Home Buyers Excited About Possible Bill Pass
First time homeowners nationwide are excited about the recent push to pass the first Time Home Buyer Tax Credit bill in the House.
Last week, the House officially passed the bill extension of $8,000 tax credits into 2010 for military, diplomatic, and intelligence workers who have been working overseas.
Many Central CT first time home buyers are encouraged that the regular First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit will be extended for regular citizens as well.
The hope for the extension would be to increase Central CT real estate sales and help stabilize the nation’s real estate market.
