Wallingford, Connecticut is a town located between New Haven, Connecticut and Hartford, Connecticut that has 45,000 residents. Founded in 1667, Wallingford covers an area of 39.8 square miles and is located along the Quinnipiac River in New Haven County. Wallingford’s early industry was mostly pewter and Britannia ware manufacturers, which later became home to many plants for the International Silver Company.
