Essential Oils for Spring

Is the winter lasting a little too long? Are you ready for spring flowers and the fresh scent of rain? With another noreaster coming our way, we have a little plan to welcome the scents of spring into the home with snow still on the ground. A trend making its way into the home is aromatherapy. Usually used in spas to help relax, more people are bring scent diffusers into their homes to introduce homeopathic remedies for illnesses at home. Feeling under the weather? With this winter going on a little too long, we thought it would be helpful to bring some of the spring scents into our home to help us through the cold times.

By taking essential oils the protective and beneficial powers of a plant are useable for humans. Essential oils are composed of very small molecules that can penetrate cells.
